Mineral:Barite with Limonite pseudomorphs after Gypsum
Locality:Jinkouhe, Sichuan, China
Description:Grouping of parallel, glassy, yellowish-brown barite crystals. The barite crystals are internally zoned from milky centers to transparent outer zones. On the rear are two hollow limonite pseudomorphs after gypsum (or possible stibnite?).
Overall Size:7x4x4 cm
Crystals:10-45 mm
