Locality:Green's Farm, 750 m. ESE of Roxbury Falls, Roxbury, New Haven County, Connecticut
Description:Several dark red-brown almandine garnet crystals in silvery mica schist. The almandine garnets have smooth faces with dodecahedral crystal form and trapezohedral edge faces. A few crystals have contacts from other missing crystals. Locality closed to collecting in 2012. Collected ca. 1992
