Description: | Large plate of metallic pyrite crystals up to 27 mm across with a second generation of 1 mm pyrite crystals forming hollow pseudomorphs after calcite(?) crystals up to 15 mm. Two pseudomorphs are exposed on the side showing hollow interior. Ex. Steve Chamberlain collection #2920; acquired 1980 |
