Locality:Butte Mining District, Summit Valley, Silver Bow County, Montana
Description:Translucent pink rhodochrosite crystals up to 14 mm on edge with hemispherical rosettes up to 2.5 mm diameter of metallic pyrite microcrystals with colorless quartz microcrystals. The rhodochrosite crystals have a whitish surface coating (calcite?) Ex. Upsala College collection 14.11.4C
