Mineral:Fluorite with Sphalerite
Locality:Elmwood Mine, Carthage, Smith County, Tennessee
Description:Very large cubic fluorite crystal 10 cm across with pale purple color and surfaces composed of smaller, parallel, cubic crystal faces. One corner has brown sphalerite matrix attached. An old specimen from this famous mine that is no longer producing.
