Mineral:Calcite (twinned crystals)
Locality:Peregrina Mine, Guanajuato, Mexico
Description:Lustrous transparent-to-translucent colorless calcite crystals coating one side of matrix. The largest crystals appear doubly-terminated, but are actually twinned on the C-axis. The calcite fluoresces orange under UV illumination.
