Locality:Suppat, Naran-Kagan Valley, Kohistan District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (North-West Frontier Province), Pakistan
Description:Elongated transparent green peridot crystals (the gem variety of the mineral Forsterite) with well defined crystal shape in spite of the rounded crystal edges due to alluvial wear. Note the dark needle-like inclusions of ludwigite.
