Mineral:Fluorite with Sphalerite and Calcite
Locality:Cave-in-Rock District, Hardin County, Illinois
Description:Transparent cubic purple fluorite crystals up to 21 mm across on brown sphalerite with a few scattered colorless scalenohedral calcite crystals up to 5 mm long on one surface. The fluorite is internally zoned with layers of deeper color.
