Mineral:Sphalerite with Pyrite
Locality:Wheal Concord, Blackwater, Cornwall, England
Description:Lustrous black sphalerite with blue iridescent surfaces and cavities lined with sphalerite crystals up to 2 mm, colorless quartz crystals to 1 mm long and yellow metallic pyrite microcrystals. Freshly exposed surfaces do not show any iridescence. Ex. M.G. Weller; ex. Dave Smith
