Locality:Elk Creek, Meade County, South Dakota
Description:Slender golden barite crystals up to 40 mm long on calcite-coated brown matrix. The barite fluoresces white under UV illumination. Note the dome-shaped growth patterns on the barite surfaces. On crystal is restored. Ex. Robert C. Lambert (1919-2008) #426
