Mineral:Aragonite
Locality:Frizington, Cumbria, England
Description:Large elongated colorless aragonite crystals with reddish hematite coating in a few areas. The aragonite varies from translucent to transparent at the termination. It appears that few crystals are terminated because they intersected the cavity wall. Ex. Robert C. Lambert (1919-2008) #572; ex. B. Metzger
