Description: | Single crystal of transparent colorless quartz with phantom purple and smoky color zones following the crystallization. Small surface pitting is where lepidocrocite surface inclusions were embedded in the faces - now dissolved away. Ex. Robert C. Lambert (1919-2008) #546 |
