Locality:Fonda, Montgomery County, New York
Description:Three Herkimer Diamond crystals (water-clear quartz crystals from near Herkimer County, N.Y.) with black hydrocarbon inclusions in areas (locally called anthraxolite). The smaller crystal has a yellow limonite staining and was restored (glued). Ex. Robert C. Lambert (1919-2008) #233
