Description: | Flawless blue cubic fluorite crystal with remnants of black bitumen (naturally occurring petroleum) in crevices. The fluorite is so transparent that scalenohedral tan-colored 3-4 mm calcite crystal inclusions are visible. One corner is cleaved. Ex. Robert C. Lambert (1919-2008) #171; acquired in 1973 |
