Locality:Touissit Mine, 21 km SSE of Oujda, Jerada Province, Oriental, Morocco
Description:Elongated dark-blue azurite crystals up to 25 mm with lustrous faces and terminations with complex patterns of smaller faces. A few of the azurite crystals are partially altered to green malachite, that if continued would have resulted in pseudomorphs. Ex. Robert C. Lambert (1919-2008) #62; acquired in 1985 from R. Behnke
