Description: | Translucent pink rhombohedral rhodochrosite crystals up to 10 mm across overgrown on slender colorless quartz crystals up to 12 mm long with minor tetrahedrite and siderite. This specimen is from the old workings at the mine and pre-dates the 1990 work. Ex. Robert C. Lambert (1919-2008) #80; ex. M. Zinn collection, acquired in 1991 from D. Blauwet |
