Locality:Tsumeb Mine, Otavi-Bergland District, Oshikoto, Namibia
Description:Translucent dark-blue azurite crystals up to 23 mm long with translucent beige-colored cerussite crystals up to 7 mm and minor green malachite. Azurite and cerussite do not commonly form together. Ex. Robert C. Lambert (1919-2008) #250; acquired in 1972
