Mineral:Vesuvianite with Grossular
Locality:Goodall Farm Quarry, Sanford, York County, Maine
Description:Lustrous brownish-green terminated crystals of vesuvianite to 20 mm long with partial 3 mm red grossular garnet. One crystal shows fracturing in place during metamorphization. Back is sawn flat. Personally collected.
