Locality: | 3.2 km south of Helena, Jefferson County, Montana |
Description: | Translucent pale-green grossular garnet crystals up to 25 mm across with greenish mica-like clinochlore crystals in one of the crevices. The exact locality is unknown, but it resembles specimens from nearby Montana City. Ex. Ned Blandford, originally collected in Spetember 1956; ex. A.L. McGuiness |
