Mineral:Fluorite (multiple twinned crystals)
Locality:Weardale, County Durham, England
Description:Transparent purple to green cubic fluorite crystals on metallic galena matrix. The central crystals are three equal interpenetrant-twinned crystals with smaller fluorite crystals around the edges. The fluorite fluoresces violet under UV illumination. Ex. James Underhill
