Description:Six intergrown ruby corundum crystals with no matrix attached. The ruby crystals are hexagonal form with flat basal pinacoid terminations and textured surfaces composed of many microscopic crystal faces (looks beautiful under magnification). Ex. F. John Barlow (1914-2004) #B246
