Description: | Transparent pink-purple amethyst quartz crystals up to 20 mm long on a plate of limonite-stained milky quartz. The amethyst crystals have internal color zones and slight limonite coating on some faces that can be cleaned. Ex. Chas. W. Velte Jr. (1914-1987) collection #127 |
