Locality:Shigar Valley, Skardu District, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan
Description:Transparent aquamarine crystal, the blue gem variety of beryl, in white quartz-albite matrix. One side was trimmed to completely expose the tapering aquamarine crystal with black columbite and gray apatite that fluoresces yellow under UV illumination.
