Mineral:Hematite pseudomorph after Ilmenite with Rutile
Locality:Mwinilunga, North-Western Province, Zambia
Description:Gray metallic hematite pseudomorph after a single bladed ilmenite crystal 36 mm across with scattered crystals of lustrous translucent red rutile to 7 mm on the surfaces front and rear. Two edge of the pseudomorph were attached to matrix.
