Locality:Guanajuato, Mexico
Description:Convex 8 mm thick crust of pristine white adularia crystals, a variety of orthoclase feldspar, with rhombic impressions on the underside from a previous mineral that naturally dissolved away. The adularia crystal are lustrous and in parallel aggregates. Ex. Steve Chamberlain collection #2417; originally acquired in 1981
