Description:Dense mass of intersecting black schorl tourmaline crystals with remnants of white kaolin on some surfaces. This deposit is referenced in British Petrography by J. J. Harris Teall (1888). Ex. Henry D. Miller (1838-1919 or 1920) collection, bequeathed to the Wadsworth Atheneum in 1909; ex. Loomis-Chaffee School
