Description:Transparent purple apatite crystals up to 11 mm long on one face of quartz matrix with lustrous milky quartz crystals to 4 mm long. The apatite are lustrous hexagonal crystals with excellent color for the locality. Ex. Harold D. Miller (1838-1919 or 1920) collection, bequeathed to the Wadsworth Atheneum in 1909; ex. Loomis-Chaffee School
