Description:Classic specimen of cogwheel-habit iridescent metallic bournonite crystals on colorless quartz microcrystalline casts after calcite. The bournonite cogwheel form is due to cyclic twinning in a single plane. Ex. Harold D. Miller (1838-1919 or 1920) collection, bequeathed to the Wadsworth Atheneum in 1909; ex. Loomis-Chaffee School
