Locality:Strontian, Loch Sunart, Highland (formerly Argyll), Scotland
Description:Lustrous transparent-to-translucent colorless harmotome crystals on calcite-rich matrix. The harmotome crystals are Morvenite twins and the twin planes are easily seen on the striated crystal faces. Ex. Henry D. Miller (1838-1919 or 1920) collection, bequeathed to the Wadsworth Atheneum in 1909; ex. Loomis-Chaffee School
