Locality:Gantts Quarry, Sylacauga, Talladega County, Alabama
Description:Iridescent metallic pyrite crystals in white calcite matrix. The pyrite crystals are interpenetrant-twinned and if more could be exposed I believe they would show iron-cross twinning. Ex. Chas. W. Velte Jr. (1914-1987)
