Description:Three interconnected transparent Herkimer Diamond crystals, a variety of the mineral species quartz found near Herkimer, N.Y. The Herkimer Diamonds have dark organic inclusions, locally called anthraxolite by collectors. Ex. Chas. W. Velte Jr. (1914-1987)
