Description:Lustrous black biotite mica crystals to 4 mm across in shallow cavities in massive biotite with scattered colorless nepheline crystals. This is from the type locality where biotite was first described by Jean Baptiste Biot (1774 - 1862). Ex. Lechner collection #b465 (ca. 1900, Austria)
