Locality:Ratnapura, Sabaragamuwa Province, Sri Lanka
Description:Doubly-terminated translucent colorless sapphire (variety of corundum) crystal with di-pyramidal hexagonal crystal form. A few areas have brown limonite stains that can be removed with cleaning. Though fractured internally, the crystal is complete.
