Locality: | Gilman Notch, between grant Peak and Oak Mountain, Center Ossipee, Carroll County, New Hampshire |
Description: | Two interconnected parallel smoky quartz crystals with dark-smoky internal color and cloudy white subsurface etching and inclusions. The crystal faces are smooth and lustrous with scattered pockmarks where siderite-limonite crystals dissolved away. Collected by Larry Bull in 2001 |
