Description:Large watermelon tourmaline crystal, an elbaite tourmaline with a red center zone and green outer zone resembling a watermelon when viewed on end, with lustrous green-brown pyramidal termination faces. The bottom shows large internal gemmy areas. Ex. Bob Holzer (1934-2009) collection
