Locality:Moat Mountain, Hale's Location, Carroll County, New Hampshire
Description:Lustrous dark-smoky translucent quartz crystals to 13 mm long on blocky white microcline crystals to 15 mm with lustrous platy white albite crystals to 2 mm. The bottom was sawn flat to remove excess matrix without damage.
