Description: | Hexagonal morganite crystal, the pink variety of beryl, with smooth crystal faces and well developed termination of flat basal pinacoid face with dipyramid {1121} corner faces (one corner incomplete). One area of the termination is gemmy deep-pink. Originally acquired in 1962 |
