Mineral:Brochantite and Fluorite on Quartz
Locality:Hansonburg District, 8.5 km south of Bingham, Socorro County, New Mexico
Description:Transparent acicular green brochantite crystals to 4 mm long surrounded by transparent blue cubic fluorite crystals to 5 mm across on limonite-stained quartz crystals to 1 mm. The fluorite crystals also coat the rear of the specimen.
