Mineral:Strontianite pseudomorphs after Celestine
Locality:Lime City Quarry, Wood County, Ohio
Description:Large white strontianite pseudomorphs after hexagonal celestine (celestite) crystals covering several surfaces of gray limestone. A few incomplete pseudomorphs reveal the cores of the pseudomorphs still contain translucent blue-gray celestine.
Overall Size:10x8x6 cm
Crystals:5-24 mm
