Mineral:Fluorite with Calcite
Locality:Cave-in-Rock District, Hardin County, Illinois
Description:Lustrous transparent cubic fluorite crystals to 45 mm with rounded rosettes to 12 mm diameter of translucent colorless calcite crystals that fluoresce under UV illumination. The fluorite crystals have yellow cores with purple outer zones.
