Locality:Upper New Street Quarry, Paterson, Passaic County, New Jersey
Description:Hemispherical formation of pale-green datolite pseudomorphs after a radiating spray of prismatic anhydrite crystals to 50 mm long. The anhydrite formed first, was overgrown by datolite microcrystals, then the anhydrite dissolved leaving rhombic cavities. Ex. Dr. Eugene E. Sensel (1911-2000) collection #Z160
