Description: | Large translucent smoky quartz crystals to 50 mm long on limonite-stained brown microcline feldspar crystals in an arc-shaped formation 45 mm across. The surfaces of the smoky quartz crystals have a dull luster in places where coated with hyalite opal. Ex. Swigert collection #1558, ex. George Robinson in 1990 |
