Locality:Keokuk, Lee County, Iowa
Description:Hollow geode lined on the inside surfaces with colorless quartz crystals up to 3 mm and a large 35 mm nailhead-habit calcite crystal and many small calcite crystals throughout plus small metallic pyrite microcrystals.
Overall Size:9x7x5 cm
Crystals:0.5-35.0 mm
