Locality:Twin Buttes Mine, Pima County, Arizona
Description:Thin cleavage of transparent selenite, the transparent variety of the mineral species gypsum, with metallic native copper crystals to 3 mm included within the selenite. The selenite prevents the copper from oxidizing resulting in bright metallic luster.
