Locality:Lime Crest Quarry (Limecrest), Sussex Mills, 4.5 km northwest of Sparta, Sussex County, New Jersey
Description:Elongates tapered translucent gray tremolite crystals on limonite-stained marble matrix. This specimen was collected from a large water course that dissolved the surrounding marble, but not the tremolite.
Overall Size:8x5x1.5 cm
Crystals:4-70 mm
