Locality:Wenshan, Yunnan, China
Description:Translucent blue aragonite in spherical formations to 16 mm diameter. These aragonite specimens are frequently mislabeled as hemimorphite, but a quick HCL test confirmed this is aragonite and that the blue color runs throughout.
Overall Size:11x8x6 cm
Crystals:1-2 mm
