Description:Excellent example of purple amethyst quartz crystals lining a cavity in basalt. The amethyst crystals are lustrous, transparent with deep color. Ex. John Geiges collection #1013; ex. Lawrence H. Conklin (1933-2016); ex. Anthony Schumacher (1894-1965)
