Description:Three interconnected parallel Herkimer Diamond crystals, the variety of quartz crystals found in the region near Herkimer, N.Y., with many internal liquid-filled cavities. One cavity near the termination has fluid and a moveable hydrocarbon inclusion. Ex. Peter B. Nalle (1923-2010) collection #135; ex. Dr. John T. M. Cardeza (ca.1821-ca.1900) collection, Univ. of Pa.
