Description:Highly lustrous dark metallic pyrargyrite crystals to 4 mm with translucent rhombohedral colorless calcite crystals to 6 mm. With strong illumination the pyrargyrite can be seen to be translucent red. The address on the Foote label dates from 1879-1891. Ex. Peter B. Nalle (1923-2010) collection #130; ex. A.E.
