Description:Lustrous transparent-to-translucent orange-brown andradite garnet crystals to 16 mm with translucent green prismatic epidote partial-crystals to 20 mm. The andradite garnet crystals are trapezohedral form with convex, striated crystal faces. Ex. Peter B. Nalle (1923-2010) collection #360b, employed at Crestmore 1951-1969, rising to managing director of Riverside Cement Co.
